podcasts.so is a podcast discovery and listening app operated by Iona, LLC (support@podcasts.so). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
podcasts.so helps you discover podcast episodes through the people, places, books, teams, and topics they cover, and play them with a full player. Podcast audio and show metadata belong to their respective publishers; we index public RSS feeds and link to that content. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service.
Some features are part of podcasts.so Pro, an optional auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. Two options are offered:
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID account settings in the App Store at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it ends.
Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms you agreed to when you set up your Apple ID. Refund requests are made to Apple, not to us.
Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, together with these Terms.
Use the app only for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
